From dryland vineyards in Darling, the Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc 2015 under the Fleur du Cap label is old-school. Cut grass, fresh herbs, lime and grapefruit on the nose while the palate is rich and thick-textured with coated acidity. Forceful but not particularly charming. R106 a bottle. #WinemagRating: 86/100.
